Privacy Policy
New York Survey Repair respects your privacy. We do not sell or forward your personal information. At any time you may contact New York Survey Repair with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality.
Warranty Information
- New Equipment:
All new equipment comes with a full manufacturers warranty.
Note: Should an item require warranty repair, during the repair period we cannot provide a substitute item free of charge.
Payment Methods
- Bank charge or debit cards:
We accept all major credit cards and/or bank/debit cards. When you proceed to complete your purchase, you will be required to provide your card number, your name as it appears on the card, and if applicable the card expiration date.
-Customer Accounts
If customers wish to purchase items on an open account they are first required to submit a Credit Application. Upon approval of credit, customers are asked to purchase goods directly through New York Survey Repair Customer Service.
Return Policy
You must contact us directly before you attempt to return a product to obtain a authorization. You must return product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product and are subject to a restocking fee. Product must be returned within 30days of arrival. Merchandise not properly packed that incurs damage will be credited at salvage value.
For your protection, we always recommend that you ship return merchandise using a traceable courier and that you insure all shipments. We cannot process a refund or exchange for any merchandise that may become lost or damaged in route to our facility. Be sure to package all items securely and mark the assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping container.
Damaged Goods:
Upon receipt of goods, if damage exists, please do the following:
- Retain the original shipping carton
- Contact New York Survey Repair
- Notify the carrier (USPS, UPS Fed Ex, etc.) and inform them that you have damaged goods to return to the shipper. We will re-ship your order at no charge and file a claim with the carrier.
Reimbursements
When items are returned for a refund, the following reimbursement procedures will apply:
- For items purchased using a Bank Charge or Debit Card:
The original charge or debit card will be credited for the amount of the refund. You will be required to supply us with the name that appears on the card, the card number, and if applicable, the expiration date.
- For items purchased using an Open Account:
Your account will be credited for the amount of the refund.
